Model 620
The 620 is the largest aux box product for small modular living. We’ve maximized its flexibility with a bedroom, full bathroom and complete kitchen, all designed with our principles of sophisticated minimalism.

We chose large format glass doors and strategically placed our windows to not only enhance your connection to nature, but also provide ventilation and privacy when and where you need it. In the 240, the transom window in the kitchen not only makes the space feel bigger but also meets the cabinetry and countertop with poetic precision.
Seamless precision
From our pre-finished pine walls to the pre-painted metal siding and the large-format surfaces in the bathroom and shower, we’ve eliminated seams wherever possible. Fewer distractions create a clean, calming environment. Fewer crevices also make for easy cleaning and less maintenance, so you have even more time to enjoy the serenity of your space.

We’re all about the details that go the extra mile. From engineered hardwood flooring chosen for its warmth and longevity, to the innovative insulation that regulates temperature and energy efficiency, to the unique but highly functional outlets—every element is thoughtfully considered.
What you don’t see is as important as what you do
We’ve eliminated all visual clutter so your eyes (and mind) can rest easy inside this tranquil space. Every transition is perfectly executed so you won’t even realize the usual elements are missing. The trims and finishings designed to hide clumsy corners in the mainstream home industry are absent. Why? Because we take the time and care to ensure every inch of the space is engineered to perfection.
Other thoughtful omissions from your line of sight include:
a hidden downspout, gutters and fasteners
a hidden hot water tank, vents and hoses
an electrical box on the outside of the building (you’re welcome)
no trim or baseboards
no roof overhang
Premium materials and precise finishings
Whenever possible, we use long-lasting, durable, and maintenance-free materials for all external finishing surfaces. We insist on using local suppliers and manufacturers for our building materials.
