Select from two paths to determine the retainer amount to engage our design and permitting team for your project. Non-Permitted projects are $1500, and Permitted Projects are $3000.
Our professional services team, comprised of a dedicated designer and project manager, will provide a streamlined approach to getting your aux box journey started. For projects that do not require permitting, they will guide you through the design options available for your aux box, create an overview of the scope of work with a budget, and prepare all relevant documentation. For permitted projects, the same process will occur, adding consultation with appropriate engineers, and collecting further documentation to submit a successful application for a building permit. We estimate 15 hours of preliminary work for non-permitted projects, and 30 hours of preliminary work for permitted projects.
In the event the preliminary work takes less time, we apply the remaining amount as a credit toward the project.
In the event the project is cancelled pre-contract, we will refund the retainer minus the hours spent to date on your project.
